1 Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User"), and hajbee (hereinafter "hajbee", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). hajbee operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://hajbee.net and all associated subdomains and services.
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the hajbee platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you click "I Agree" or equivalent during registration, or from the moment you first use the platform if no explicit acceptance screen is presented.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by hajbee, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, game shows), slot games, lottery products, and any promotional or bonus programmes. Specific game rules published on the platform supplement these Terms and, in the event of direct conflict concerning the mechanics of a specific game, specific game rules take precedence for that game only.
hajbee reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any material changes.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on hajbee. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
hajbee primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of hajbee complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction. hajbee makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction beyond the markets it targets.
2.3 Personal Capacity
You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party. You further confirm that you are not acting under any form of self-exclusion order, are not a compulsive gambler who has self-excluded or been excluded from gambling services, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3 Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on hajbee. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If we detect that a player holds more than one account, hajbee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate account.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hajbee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hajbee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.4 Verification (KYC)
hajbee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We may request, at any time and at our sole discretion, documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth registration certificate, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hajbee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at hajbee's discretion. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits for each payment method are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated periodically.
4.2 Currency
All transactions on hajbee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Balances displayed in your account are denominated in BDT. hajbee does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you through your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
4.3 Deposit Conditions
All deposited funds must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other individuals — are strictly prohibited. hajbee reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, to mitigate money-laundering risk. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is approved. hajbee aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and any additional verification requirements. hajbee does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Inactive Account Fees
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hajbee reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity administration fee from the balance of inactive accounts. You will be notified at the email or phone number on your account before any such fee is applied. The current inactivity fee schedule is available within your account settings.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
hajbee may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and seasonal offers (including promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other Bangladesh-relevant events). All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the bonus is offered. These specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods, form part of these Terms and are binding on any player who accepts a bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using automated tools or bots to meet wagering requirements, placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering, or collaborating with other players to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. hajbee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
5.4 Promotional Changes
hajbee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes adjusting the terms of ongoing promotions where fraud or system errors are detected. Players will not be compensated for modifications to promotions that have not yet been claimed or activated.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on hajbee are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. hajbee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds, bets that exceed published maximum payout limits, or bets placed during a system error.
6.2 Maximum Payouts
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all sports and casino products on hajbee. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or sports-betting interface. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a market or game will be capped at the published limit, regardless of the mathematical result of the bet or game round.
6.3 Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, hajbee reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies to sports betting markets where odds were published in error and to casino games where a verified software malfunction affected the outcome of a game round. The decision of hajbee regarding the settlement of bets in error scenarios is final. The principle that "pays in malfunction" does not apply — no payout is valid where it arises from a technical error.
6.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules
For cricket and other sports markets, the following general rules apply unless the specific market rules state otherwise:
- Matches abandoned before the minimum required overs or play are completed will be settled as void, with stakes returned to player accounts.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted on a "best efforts" basis; delays in live data feeds may result in brief suspension of in-play markets.
- The official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic matches, the ICC for international fixtures) will be used for settlement purposes.
- Bets on player performance markets (e.g., top scorer, number of wickets) will be settled based on the official match scorecard published by the governing body.
6.5 Casino & Live Games
Casino games, including live dealer games powered by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. hajbee acts as the platform operator and is not responsible for decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcome disputes. Players with game-specific disputes are encouraged to contact hajbee support, who will liaise with the relevant game provider.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hajbee. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
- Colluding with other players in any casino or poker game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform — any such bugs must be reported to hajbee immediately.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when registering or verifying your account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the hajbee platform or its underlying software.
- Using a VPN or other technical means to mask your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hajbee staff or other players.
8 Responsible Gaming

These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account suspensions of between 24 hours and 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion. 9 Intellectual Property
All content on the hajbee platform — including but not limited to the hajbee brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hajbee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the hajbee platform without the prior written consent of hajbee. Unauthorised use of any hajbee intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
10 Privacy & Data
The collection, storage, use, and processing of your personal data by hajbee is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hajbee's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hajbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if hajbee has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hajbee is not liable for any disruptions to service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or actions of third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes hajbee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12 Suspension & Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may close your hajbee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon your request, we will process your account closure, and any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of any applicable KYC checks and after the settlement of all pending bets.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by hajbee
hajbee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
- You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
- Continuing to allow you to use the platform would expose hajbee to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
- You are subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order.
In cases of account closure for breach of these Terms, hajbee reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, funds will be returned. Where a material breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
13 Amendments
hajbee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players through a prominent notice on the platform or via the contact details associated with your account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the hajbee platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
14 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between you and hajbee through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction. hajbee's internal complaints procedure requires that you first submit a written complaint to [email protected] detailing the nature of your complaint, allowing hajbee a period of fourteen (14) business days to investigate and respond before any further action is taken.
